Will eSIM work on my phone?+−
Dial *#06# — if you see an EID line, it works. Or look for “Add eSIM” in settings. iPhones from China, Hong Kong and Macao, and many budget Androids, do not. The phone must not be locked to one carrier.
How do I get the eSIM after payment?+−
The order page opens right away. iPhone gets a button, Android gets the codes, a computer shows the QR. If you left an email, we send a copy. You can open the link on another device.
When should I install the eSIM?+−
At home, before you fly, on Wi-Fi. After landing, turn on this eSIM for data and data roaming on that line. Turn data roaming off on your Kazakhstan SIM.
Will my number and WhatsApp still work?+−
Yes. The eSIM is a second line: your number, bank and Kaspi SMS, and WhatsApp stay. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM so you don't get a bill from your operator.
Can I hotspot?+−
Yes, tethering (hotspot) works.
Can I get a refund?+−
If the eSIM was never issued, we refund you. If the profile is not installed yet, message us on WhatsApp — we'll check whether it can be cancelled. After installation a refund is usually not possible. Full rules are in the Refunds section.
