Public offer
This is a working draft for launch, not a legal opinion. Have a lawyer review the text and add IE or LLP details before you start selling.
Version of 29 September 2026.
Seller details
Seller details (IE or LLP name, BIN, address) will appear in this section before sales start. The site is currently in test mode.
1. General
This document is a public offer by Aman eSIM (the “Seller”) to any legally capable individual (the “Buyer”) to enter into a contract on the terms below. Accepting the offer means paying for an order on https://amanesim.kz and ticking the consent box on the checkout page.
The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, if there is no agreement, in the court at the Seller’s location unless the law requires otherwise.
2. Subject
The Seller sells travel eSIMs: a digital profile for access to foreign mobile networks for the destination, data volume and validity shown on the product card. The Seller is not a Kazakhstan mobile operator and does not provide local mobile service.
The profile is supplied by a foreign provider. Coverage, speed, network type (4G/5G) and access to particular services depend on the network in the country of travel and may differ from marketing estimates.
3. Order and price
Prices are shown in tenge, include the selected number of eSIMs, and are visible before payment. A travel-agent discount applies only if the Buyer enters the code on the checkout page. A partner referral link does not give a discount.
Payment is by bank card through a payment partner. The “Kaspi — coming soon” button is not a payment method until automatic integration is enabled. The order is created before payment and may be cancelled if payment does not arrive in time.
4. Issuing the eSIM
After payment is confirmed, the Seller provides installation data (link, QR code, and SM-DP+ and activation code if needed) on the order page and, if an email is given, by email. The order link lets you open the instructions from another device.
Issuing usually takes minutes. If it fails, the Seller retries automatically and, if it is still not possible, contacts the Buyer and processes a refund or replacement.
5. Buyer obligations
The Buyer must check device compatibility before paying. Some models (including some iPhones made for China and Hong Kong, and some budget Androids) may not support eSIM. Warnings on the site form part of the contract.
Install the eSIM before you fly, preferably on Wi-Fi. After installation, do not delete the profile: reinstalling the same eSIM is usually impossible. After landing, turn on this line for mobile data and data roaming on it, and turn data roaming off on the home SIM so you do not get a bill from your home operator.
The Seller does not provide a VPN. In some countries (including the PRC) access to familiar services may be limited by the operator’s network.
6. Liability
The Seller is responsible for delivering the paid profile and for reasonable installation support. The Seller is not responsible for coverage of a particular cell tower, service blocks by a foreign state, the Buyer’s actions (deleting the profile, using an incompatible device despite the warning), or failures of the Buyer’s home operator or bank.
The Seller’s aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid by the Buyer for that order, except where the law expressly requires otherwise.
7. Personal data and support
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Support is via WhatsApp and the order page. Contact number: +77000000000.
8. Changes to the offer
The Seller may update the offer by publishing a new version on the site. Paid orders are governed by the version in force at the time of payment, unless the law requires otherwise.
